When I took this Model 3 key photo on March 7, 2020, EVs were still far from mainstream in China. It felt like being an outlier among gasoline cars, and I assumed Tesla would remain niche for a long time. Looking back from 2026, new energy vehicles have become fully ordinary in China, which makes this photo feel like a small time capsule from a very different moment.
